Francois van Deventer is a special needs child whose parents are desperately trying to raise funds to get him into the right school.
Francois was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy when he was one, and now needs to go to a special school where he can get the care and therapy that will help him cope.
His parents need to raise R50 000 to make that a reality - so they are holding a fundraiser for Francois. Hopefully the will be able to raise enough money to pay for a new, special therapy that will be extra helpful for this special little boy.
Ryan O'Connor spoke to Francois' mom, Kim van Deventer, about her son and the upcoming fundraiser.
