You can get involved by volunteering at your local Pick 'n Pay between the 14th and 16th July, or buy a bag of listed non-perishable food items, or if you are a company, join Food Forward on the 18th July to pack the donated food to be delivered to their 600 beneficiaries in the colder winter months.

To sign up to volunteer, or register your company to participate, visit Food Forward SA
