Do not underestimate the impact that an improperly drafted will – or the absence of a will – can have on your family.

In fact, according to statistics released last year, a vast majority of working South Africans still die without appropriate instructions about how their property should be divided with approximately only 23% of deceased individuals in South Africa leave wills.
