The 2019 Neethling’s Hof Pinotage Fun run is a 6km trail run through the estate. This run includes 5 Wine tastings on the route and if you finish the race you can grab a bottle of Neethlingshof 2017 Estate Pinotage at the finish line. Anyone is welcome to do the run. No wine for under 18’s.

Outsurance Kfm Gun Run
Cape Town’s most popular run is taking place this October and this year you can run it your way! Run the 21km, 10km, and 5km routes and make his year #MyGunRun There are incredible views along the way, and at the end of the race, we have awesome entertainment and a race village that will give you a second wind. Family, friends, and supporters can join the festivities here and soak up the vibe, cheering on the runners. The race kicks off at the Cape Town stadium at 6:30 am.

Cape Town International Boat Show
The annual Cape Town International Boat Show is warmly referred to as ‘the granddaddy of boat shows on the African continent’ and has been attracting thousands of boat enthusiasts since. This year is the 16th annual show and its bigger and better than before. Visitors can expect to see the showcasing of exotic boats, boating products, and an assortment of this and that. There will be events, demonstrations, and competitions with fabulous prizes. It’s all taking place at the V&A Waterfront from the 18th to the 20th of October.

Cape Town International Kite Festival
This year the Cape Town International Kite Festival takes place on he 26th and 27th of October. This is Africa’s biggest kite festival, featuring amazing professional kiting displays, including giant inflatable’s, stunt kites, and kite fighting. There are also kite-making workshops, and you can bring along your own kites to join in the fun. There are also stalls with plenty to eat and drink. The event is hosted by Cape Mental Health, and all proceeds go towards helping those in resource-poor communities.
