Stephen Werner
|
What's
your most embarrassing moment?
Sleepwalking on a school camp, and waking up only to find that I’d ventured into a shower at the campsite’s ablution blocks!
Suffice to say I’m still trying to live that one down 15 years later!!
|
What's the best piece
of advice you've received?
Live today as if it was your last. Carpe Diem! |
What's your secret
indulgence?
Coffee, Snacker bars, chicken liver pate, and eighties pop (not necessarily in that order). Oh, and gadgets…
I love anything with buttons!
|
Who has influenced you
most?
My late grandfather - a true gentleman with a heart of gold and a passion for life second to none. |
What's a typical Sunday morning
like for you?
11am wakeup and a BIG cup of coffee.
Sometimes I’m even brave enough to venture outside before 12pm!

Bio
Stephen Werner gained a passion for radio at the age of 10 after listening to morning radio way back in the nineties. Many see him as the “Barry White” of Kfm Breakfast with that deep sultry voice that appears in the wings with O’Connor and the Gang, but Steve has modestly worked across both talk and music radio as a producer with some top names including Aden Thomas, Alex Jay, and of course, Ryan O’Connor.
Through his understanding of the intricacies of this broadcast medium, Steve has proven himself to be one of the most sought after people in modern radio.
If you had to ask Steve to talk about himself (and he can talk!), he’d say he is an introspective extrovert, radio producer, journalist, writer, and serial Internet surfer with a passion for the Beatles! |
