How much are the tickets?
  • General Access: R320.00
  • Kfm Chill Zone: R550.00
  • Children 2 to 12 years: R165.00
  • Not recommended for children under the age of 2 years old
What is the Kfm Chill Zone?
  • The Kfm Chill Zone is our upgraded Huawei KDay experience, designed to make your day extra special!
  • Your ticket gets you partially shaded seating, private ablution facilities, and access to a private cash bar and selected food vendors. Talk about the MOST to make you feel great!
  • NO UNDER 18s ALLOWED
Where can I buy and collect tickets?
  • You can get your tickets online at Computicket or in person at any Computicket, Shoprite, Checkers, Checkers Hyper and House and Home store, or at selected OK Furniture and U-Save stores.
  • PLEASE never buy from a third-party reseller, someone on Gumtree, or from a Facebook post. We can’t guarantee that those tickets are legitimate, and you may be turned away at the gates.
  • If you buy tickets online, the credit cards used to make the booking must be on hand when collecting the tickets.
  • Computicket will not be able to scan faded or distorted barcodes on your Huawei KDay Tickets. Please check the quality of your ticket before show day and, where required (or if you’re worried!), please request a reprint to avoid disappointment at the entrance.
What time does the event start and what’s the best time to get there?
  • The gates open at 9am, and our first act hits the stage at 11am.
  • We advise that you get there early in the morning, so that you get a good spot and don’t miss any of your favourite artists!
How long is the show?
  • We’re committed to bringing you the most live music to make you feel great – so the last act wraps up at around 7pm. That’s eight hours of SA’s best!
  • Is there parking available?
    • Yes, there is secure and free parking available at the venue.
    Is there a drop and go area?
    • Yes, we have a Drop and Go area, where your parents / partner / friend / e-hailing service driver can drop you off and pick you up again.
    Are kids allowed at the event?
    • Kids are most welcome. Huawei KDay is a great day out for the whole family! Just make sure you keep an eye on them in all the excitement!
    Is there a kid’s area?
    • Yes, there is a Kid’s Zone at Huawei KDay – but your kids can’t be left unattended. You or a guardian will need to hang out with them.
    What am I allowed to bring into the venue?
    • You can bring cameras, SOFT cooler bags, beach umbrellas, blankets, picnic baskets and low folding chairs.
    • Professional photographers/ cameras will require a media pass which can be requested from KDay@kfm.co.za
    • Please be kind to your neighbours, make friends and keep umbrellas down during acts where possible.
    What am I not allowed to bring into the event?
    • Outside of the obvious (drugs, weapons, sharp objects), you are NOT allowed to bring alcohol, gazebos and braais into the venue. You can bring your own cooldrinks and water, but they must be in plastic bottles. No glass will be allowed into the venue.
    • No canned drinks permitted in the General Access Area.
    • No hookah pipes allowed
    Can I Bring a Cooler Box/Picnic Basket?
    • Yes – you can bring a soft cooler bag and a soft picnic basket, but they will be checked to make sure that they do not contain alcohol, cans, glass, or anything else that could be a danger to you and other concertgoers.
    • Amnesty bins are located at the entrance chutes and all confiscated prohibited items will be sealed and delivered to the Venue Operations Centre for review by the South African Police Services on duty. We will not take responsibility for any of your personal belongings, please ensure to check that you leave these in your car before they are removed.
    Will there be food and refreshments sold at the venue?
    • Yes! There are cash bars and food vendors at the event to cater for a wide variety of tastes and dietary requirements.
    What can I do with my rubbish?
    • We will have recycling bins placed around the venue for you to drop your recyclables into.
    • Please keep your area clean and be mindful of planet earth! Try to minimise single-use plastics as much as possible and reuse cups on the day.
    • We are working with Waste Management and an eco-auditor to set sustainability goals for the event – we’ll update you once those have been confirmed!
    Can I leave the venue and come back?
    • No. Once you’re in, you can’t come in and out. For your safety, and the safety of our other listeners, no pass-outs will be issued. PLEASE make sure that you have everything on you when you head to the gates – double-check for important medications, sunscreen, cellphones, etc.
